A pool deck has to do two jobs: look right around the water and move water away from the pool and the house. Both start with the base and the slope, not with the paver color.
We build pool decks and surrounds in pavers and stone, including curved edges, coping and the transition from the deck to the patio or lawn. Where the deck meets a pool wall or a raised edge, the details are planned before the first course is laid.
The surface is finished to be comfortable underfoot and to stay stable around the wet area. If you are renovating an existing deck, we will look at what is under it before recommending a surface.
